Miss Ava participated in her first-ever beauty pageant; Sunburst Beauty Pageant. 
She was the 'true winner' in this contest.

    Sunburst pageants started in Florida but now based out of Pennsylvania. 
This pageant has been around since 1978. 
The Coordinator (for the state of Texas) is Cheryl Babinski.
