Data requested from all for Family Tree/Reunion

· Please check the My Heritage icon on the right and click on it but you must register as a member before you can see the data I posted (not viewable to the public). FYI: this is not a gimmicky kinda web site, it won't charge you for your membership or anything like that.

· If you prefer not to register to view the data I currently have listed at My Heritage.Com (I know that much of the data is wrong as I just filled it in as best as I could to just get the ball rolling), then please just email me the data below in steps 1 thru 8 to carey.techalumn03@gmail.com

· Finally, if you prefer, I have a paper questionnaire that you can read and just send me the details if you prefer (no need to fill it out as I just need the answers), but you must let me know soon. I can either email you an attachment or put one in the mail to be sent to Mom's and you just have to retrieve it and make copies -or- I guess I can mail one to your own home (include address in case I do not have it). You all decide and let me know.

1. your full name (I will include your nicknames in parenthesis as you like)

2. your date of birth

3. your birthplace, include county and hospital where possible

4. if married or with a significant other, their same data as i requested from you in steps 1, 2 and 3

5. plus if married, your marriage data (date, place, county)

6. if married or with a significant other, i also need their parents names (include if their parents never married, married, divorced, separated, unknown, alive, deceased)

7. if you have children, the same data in steps 1, 2 and 3

8. I need pics for each family member, would prefer some that clearly shows each person's face. you can email me a favorite one or mail me some and, I will scan them and such. Please know that pics may get posted on our family blog.
