Family Data needed: 1) Dominguez Genealogy Project 2) Moreno Family Reunion:

1. Your full name (I will include your nicknames in parenthesis as you like)

2. Your date of birth

3. Your birthplace, include county and hospital where possible

4. If married or with a significant other, their same data as i requested from you in steps 1, 2 and 3

5. Plus if married, your marriage data (date, place, county)

6. If married or with a significant other, I also need their parents names (include if their parents never married, married, divorced, separated, unknown, alive, deceased)

7. If you have children, the same data in steps 1, 2 and 3

8. I need pics for each family member, it would be best to have some that clearly shows their face. You can email me a favorite pic or put it/them in the mail and I will scan them and such. Please know that pics may get posted on our family blog - unless you specifically object.
